2023-2024 TPH Academy
IMPACT REPORT
A Message From #TEAMTPH
At TPH Academy, we make a 3-Pillar Brand Promise, and throughout the 2023-2024 academy year, we loved to see how that promise connected with our student-athletes and families.
We promise PARTNERSHIP, confirmed by the fact that mentorship is most often cited in our annual feedback surveys as to what families truly value about the TPH Academy experience.
We promise COMMUNITY, emphasizing both breadth and depth and seeing our 2023-24 Holiday Food Drive set a TPH record of 21,000 lbs donated.
We promise GROWTH, demonstrated by the ownership our student-athletes take in their development, generating results such as a 16% and 17% average increase in lower and upper body power, respectively, a 40% increase in shot accuracy, and a 4x increase in speed with versus without the puck.
We believe that these three pillars encompass not only what families place their trust in us to deliver, but also vital tenants on the student-athlete journey to becoming - and living out each day as - Impact Players.
These young men and women’s development across our pillars no doubt contributed to their advancement, seeing a TPH Academy record 56(!) current athletes advance from AA to AAA competition, 41 advance to junior leagues, 34 commit to the college athletic ranks, and yet another NHL draft pick.
We ask, "What will your IMPACT be?" We put this question on the walls of our campuses to ignite a vision and associated sense of purpose for every student-athlete. We hope these young people will carry this question with them long after their time with us at TPH Academy.
But in the moment, we celebrate what an absolutely outstanding year of partnership, community, and growth earned by over 800 student-athletes across our TPH Academy and Powered by TPH campuses, in addition to our TPH Virtual platform.
We hope that you will enjoy reading and learning about this incredible group of inspiring young people's achievements, and we thank everyone who helps us create environments and facilitate experiences for the next generation of impact players.
Yours in Student-Athlete Development and Advancement,

GIVING BACK
Giving back is a core component of TPH's holistic approach to academic and athletic development. Each academy gives back locally in a way that is impactful to their individual communities.
23-24 service projects included cards for veterans, clean up at local parks, meal prepping and serving at nonprofits, volunteering at animal shelters, helping families during the holidays, and much more!

Partnership
Supported by our TPH Xelerator App, our team builds strong, meaningful connections with student-athletes and families. As a result, our families are better informed on their children’s holistic performance and well-being than prior to joining us at TPH Academy.
Community
Our student-athletes gain a new community of like-minded friends, invested teachers, committed coaches, and TPH alumni, while also experiencing deeper ties to their local communities through extra-curricular activities and acts of service to others.
Growth
Our student-athletes experience measurably improved performance in their academics, training, and sports, gaining confidence along the way. Our model empowers them to balance and achieve academic and athletic success, all while maintaining the enjoyment of the journey.
